For all session times you can add Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha, Arnica, Hot Towels, Prenatal Massage or any other special instructions. When booking your appointment, a credit card is required to hold your spot, but you’re welcome to use a different payment method at checkout.

Starting May 1st, 2025, our hourly rate will go up by $10. This helps us continue providing the high-quality care you know and love.

If you do not see the time you are looking for add yourself to the wait list at the bottom of this page. The automated wait list is will ensure you get notified immediately of openings, even if we are in a session.

Joann (Jo) Woodward (she/her) is a born and raised Oregonian. She graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, OR in 2015. Since then, she has enjoyed studying many different bodywork modalities, such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Structural, Prenatal, and Hot Stone Massage, as well as Reiki and Polarity Energy Work. She has a passion for working with Expecting and Postpartum mothers, and those who are suffering from chronic neck and back tension. Her style of massage is very firm, yet relaxing and flowing.
